• Non-Returnable Products: Customised fabrics are made exclusively based on your request, and as such, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Processing Timeline: The customisation process typically takes 7 to 10 days. However, timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions and the health of our artisans, as all dyeing is done by hand to maintain the highest quality standards.
