Return or Exchange

At we are committed to provide best quality product and each order we processed are gone through a strict quality checks. If there’s ever a situation in which you are not happy with your purchase, please refer to the  options for returning or exchanging any of the items.


We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appears on as accurately as possible, however, the colour of fabrics as portrayed online can't be ensured by because of differences outside our ability to do anything about, for example, computer or Mobile screen settings. There could be variations between what you see on your computer monitors, tablets or mobile devices.

We will give a valiant effort to precisely portray our items but sill if you are unsure of the fabric colour, weight, pattern of any of our product we strongly recommend to order a sample before purchasing.

Defective, damaged, wrong supply of products

We advise our customer to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. This refers to every kind of purchase made on our website.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to the packet, please leave a remark on receipt to the logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

2. If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect, colour mismatch or fabric mismatch.

Once we confirm the damage we will replace the item at no charge or if we are unable to do this due to the product being unavailable we will refund both the fabric cost and the shipping fee (if applicable).

  4. Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
  5. Fabrics ordered for 2 meter or less than 2 meters are not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, our customer support team will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (If Applicable)

While we make sure the quality, we do entertain the exchange incase of dissatisfaction with the product. You can exchange the fabric with in 48 hours from the date of receipt and in this case return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Return shipping costs will be borne by customer itself.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

International consignment cancellation, return and refund policy
Cancellation: If customer wish to cancel the order Kindly send an email to within 24 hours of placing the order provided that order is not processed for shipping. Payment transaction fees (PayPal fee 4.5% + 5% currency conversion charges of order value ) will be deducted from refund amount.
Return: Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of Akrithi as detailed below. 
If the shipment received in damaged condition or if the product delivered differs from what you had expected, you may return the product unused and with its original condition, within 2 days from the date on which these products are delivered. Please send an email to with details like order number, and picture of the product you received by highlighting the damage if the product received in damaged condition.
Refund: Refund will be processed once the return shipment is received in good condition. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, Payment transaction fees (PayPal fee 4.5% + 5% currency conversion charges of order value ) are to be borne by the customer entirely.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
